At Buettner Coaching and Consulting, we provide trauma-informed coaching for individuals and teams.  Our belief is that every person and organization is unique and that any coaching plan should cater to their own journey recognizing what has happened in the past, what they are experiencing in the present and what they are aspiring to in the future. Cory comes from a management and pastoral background having worked in banking, churches and as a front line worker and manager with non profits. He holds a Masters Degree in Missional Leadership and has spent his career helping others to achieve their goals while dealing with all that life throws at us. He loves to work will all kinds of people and organizations but his expertise is with those working in the non-profit sector. Especially those who are working in high trauma environments, front line workers, pastoral ministries and more.
